• Ensure that your Home Information Pack is produced with the mandatory documentation required
• Endeavour to produce your Pack within 5 working days -  (subject to Authority search replies)
• Strive to carry out your Property’s Energy Assessment within 48 hours of instruction – (subject to access)
• Provide your Agent, where applicable, EPC graphs to include on Property details and Internet advertising          
• Provide copies of your Home Information Pack electronically, to any party requested by you *
• Assure you of our Professionalism and Commitment to the highest standards.
